to amend the Bethelsdorp Settlement Act, 1921 (Act No 34 of 1921)

Be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate and the House of Assembly of the Union of South Africa, as follows :-

Amendment or Part II of Schedule to Act 34 of 1921

L Part II of the Schedule to the Bethelsdorp Settlement Act, 1921 (Act No. 34 of 1921) is hereby amended by the addition at the end thereof, of the following proviso:-

Provided that it shall be lawful to pass transfer of any building lot or garden land to any person who has prior to the commencement of this Act acquired a right to the ownership thereof, although such person is already the registered owner of two or more such building lots or of ten morgen or more of such land.

Short title.

2. This Act may be cited as the Bethelsdorp Settlement Act 1921, Amendment Act, 1926.
