The Allied Health Professions Act (previously Chiropractors, Homeopaths and Allied Health Service Professions Act and Associated Health Service Professions Act) 63 of 1982 intends:
- to provide for the control of the practice of the professions of chiropractor, homeopath, naturopath, osteopath and herbalist, and for that purpose to establish a South African Associated Health Service Professions Board and to determine its functions; and
- for matters coimected therewith.
