The repealed Arms and Ammunition Amendment Act 15 of 1999 intended:
- to amend the Arms and Ammunition Act, 1969 [repealed in 2004], so as to further regulate the possession of arms with the consent of licence holders; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
