The Alienation of Land Amendment Act 103 of 1998 intends:
- to amend the Alienation of Land Act, 1981, so as to confer on a purchaser or prospective purchaser of land the right to revoke an offer to purchase or to terminate a deed of alienation in certain circumstances; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
