The Agricultural Research Act 86 of 1990 intends:
- to establish a juristic person to deal with agricultural research;
- to determine its objects, functions, powers and duties;
- to prescribe the manner in which it is to bemanaged and governed;
- to regulate its employee matters and financial affairs; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
Commencement
- 1 December 1990, except Secion 29
