Agrément South Africa Act 11 of 2015

The Agrément South Africa Act 11 of 2015 aims:

• to provide for the establishment of Agrément South Africa as a juristic person;
• to determine its objects, powers and duties;
• to prescribe the manner in which it is managed and governed;
• to provide for transitional arrangements; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
