Usury Amendment Act 81 of 1995

The Usury Amendment Act 81 of 1995 intends:

• to amend the Usury Act, 1968 [repealed in June 2006], so as to make provision for the assignment of certain functions and powers to a competent authority within the jurisdiction of the government of a province; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
