102 of 1987
The Unemployment Insurance Second Amendment Act 102 of 1987 intends:
- to amend the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1966 [repealed in 2002], so as
- to make further provision, with retrospective effect, in relation to the benefits to which contributors who are unemployed shall be entitled under certain circumstances; and
- to provide that applications for unemployment benefits shall lapse if the contributors concerned fail to report and attend at certain places and times; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
