Transvaal Board for the Development of Peri-Urban Areas Ordinance Amendment Act (Transvaal) (House of Assembly) 36 of 1991

The Transvaal Board for the Development of Peri-Urban Areas Ordinance Amendment Act (Transvaal) (House of Assembly) 36 of 1991 intends:

• to amend the Transvaal Board for the Development of Peri-Urban Areas Ordinance, 1943 (Transvaal) (in so far as it is applied as a law on own affairs of the White population group), so as to make provision for the payment of remuneration and allowances to certain members of a local area committee; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
