Transfer of Walvis Bay to Namibia Act 203 of 1993

The Transfer of Walvis Bay to Namibia Act 203 of 1993 intends:

• to provide for the transfer to Namibia of the territory of and sovereignty over Walvis Bay and certain islands; and
• to provide for matters incidental thereto.
