48 of 1987

The Town and Regional Planners Amendment Act 48 of 1987 intends:

  • to amend the Town and Regional Planners Act, 1984 [repealed in 2003], so as
    • to amend the definition of Minister;
    • to provide that the reservation of work for town and regional planners and town and regional planners in training shall be done with the concurrence of the Competition Board; and
    • to provide that the parties may by agreement deviate from the prescribed tariff of fees; and
  • to provide for matters connected therewith.
