20 of 1988

The Town and Regional Planners Amendment Act 20 of 1988 intends:

to amend the Town and Regional Planners Act, 1984 [repealed in 2003], so as
to substitute the definition of "Minister"; and
to provide that a professional land surveyor registered as such in terms of the Professional Land Surveyors' and Technical Surveyors' Act, 1984, may in certain circumstances use the title "township planner" and perform work connected therewith; and
to provide for incidental matters.
