The Supreme Court Amendment Act 37 of 1976 intends:
- to amend the Supreme Court Act, 1959 [repealed in 2013], so as to provide for the custody and disposal of records and minutes of evidence and of the proceedings in courts of the provincial and local divisions of the Supreme Court of South Africa.
