The Second Unemployment Insurance Amendment Act 113 of 1981 intends:
- to amend the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1966 [repealed in April 2002], in order to preserve for a period of- three years the right of certain persons who were contributors immediately prior to Ciskei's becoming independent, to benefits; and
- to provide for incidental matters.
