The Second Unemployment Insurance Amendment Act 108 of 1976 intends:
- to amend the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1966 [repealed in 2002], in order to preserve for a period of three years the right of certain persons, who were contributors immediately prior to Transkei becoming Independent, to benefits and allowances; and
- to provide for Incidental matters.
