The Second Railways Construction Act 58 of 1963 intends:
- to provide for the construction and equipment of a line of railway between Delmas and a terminal point on the farm Middelburgt No. 39, in the district of Delmas in the Province of the Transvaal, and
- for matters incidental thereto.
