19 of 1991

The Roodepoort and Weltevreden Agricultural Settlements Adjustment Amendment Act 19 of 1991 intends:

to amend the Roodepoort and Weltevreden Agricultural Settlements Adjustment Act, 1966 [repealed in 1999], so as
to further regulate the abolition of the committees of management; and
to regulate the ownership of those portions of the common grazing ground of the Weltevreden Agricultural Settlement which were not divided into lots; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
