30 of 1997

The Reporting by Public Entities Amendment Act 30 of 1997 intends:

to amend the Reporting by Public Entities Act, 1992 [repealed in 2000], so as
to delete, to substitute or to amend certain definitions;
to amend the requirements as to the contents of the annual financial statements and the directors’ report of listed entities;
to clarify certain provisions;
to substitute incorrect or obsolete references;
to make further provision for the powers of the Auditor-General; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
