The Port of Ngqura Establishment Act 77 of 1998 intends:
- to provide
- for the establishment of a commercial port at Ngqura;
- for the construction, equipment control, management, possession and maintenance of such port by Transnet Limited; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
