34 of 1973

The Police Amendment Act 34 of 1973 intends:

to amend the provisions of the Police Act, 1958 [repealed in 1995], relating to definitions;
to provide for the discharge and dismissal of commissioned officers on account of ill-health; and
for the publication and display of certain photographs and sketches;
to amend the provisions of the said Act relating to contraventions by members of the Force; and
to provide for incidental matters.
