The Mineral Laws Supplementary Act Amendment Act 77 of 1988 intends:

to amend the Mineral Laws Supplementary Act, 1975 [repealed in 1992], so as
to substitute the definition of "Minister";
to further regulate the purchase or acquisition of land under certain circumstances; and
to provide for the payment of compensation under certain circumstances; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
