84 of 1988

The Local Government Training Amendment Act 84 of 1988 intends:

to amend the Local Government Training Act, 1985 [repealed in 1999], so as
to further define "local government body";
to provide that the provincial secretary of every province shall be a member of the Training Board; and
to provide that certain moneys may only be utilized to defray expenditure arising from the provision of training approved by the Training Board; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
