The Legal Aid Amendment Act 1 of 1991 intends:
- to amend the Legal Aid Act, 1969 [repealed in March 2015], so as
- to alter the constitution of the Legal Aid Board; and
- to exclude the territory of South-West Africa from the application of the Act; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
