The Land Bank Amendment Act 41 of 1972 intends:
- to amend the provisions of the Land Bank Act, 1944 [repealed in 2002], in order to provide for the granting of advances to companies which carry on farming operations in the Republic and South-West Africa; and
- to provide for incidental matters.
