The Indians Advanced Technical Education Amendment Act 40 of 1979 intends:

  • to amend the Indians Advanced Technical Education Act, 1968 [repealed in March 1995], in order to substitute the name"technikon" for the name "college for advanced technical education"; and
  • to provide for incidental matters.
