91 of 1996

The Former States Broadcasting Reorganisation Act 91 of 1996 intends:

to provide for the abolition of broadcasting services in the former Republics of Transkei, Bophuthatswana, Venda and Ciskei; and
to provide for the transfer of the broadcasting enterprises and broadcasting signal distribution enterprises conducted by those services as well as certain land used by them for that purpose to the SABC and Sentech; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
