Division of Revenue Amendment Act 20 of 2011

The Division of Revenue Amendment Act 20 of 2011 aims:

• to amend the Division of Revenue Act, 2011, so as:
  • to provide for the equitable division of revenue raised nationally among the national, provincial and local spheres of government for the 2011/12 financial year and the responsibilities of all spheres of government pursuant to such division; and
  • to provide for matters connected therewith.
