The Conversion of lscor, Limited, Act 57 of 1989 intends:
- to provide for the conversion of the South African Iron and Steel Industrial Corporation, Limited, into a company in terms of the Companies Act, 1973;
- for the disposal by the State of shares held in the company; and
- for matters connected therewith.
