The Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment Act 4 of 2007 intends:
- to enact the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment into law; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
