The Computer Evidence Amendment Act 5 of 1992 intends:
- to amend the Computer Evidence Act, 1983 [repealed in 2002], so as
- to extend the definition of "public institution"; and
- to make other provision in respect of penalties; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
