The Coal Resources Act Repeal Act 6 of 1992 intends:
- to repeal the Coal Resources Act, 1985;
- to amend the Price Control Act, 1964 [repealed in 2011], so as to delete a reference therein to the first-mentioned Act; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
