86 of 1983

The Administration of Estates Amendment Act 86 of 1983 intends

to amend the Administration of Estates Act, 1965, so as
- to further regulate the duties, functions and powers of the Master, executors and appraisers;
- to further regulate the liquidation of insolvent deceased estates;
- to make further provision for the sale of property in an estate; and
- to replace certain obsolete provisions; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
