BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:-

Appropriation of.additional moneys for transfer to National Revenue Fund

1. There is hereby appropriated, as a charge to the Post Office Fund, for transfer to the National Revenue Fund as a contribution to the Reconstruction and Development Programme in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 1995, an amount of R19 400 000 in addition to the amount of R20 600 000 appropriated in the Post Office Appropriation Act, 1994 (Act No. 11 of 1994).

Short title

2. This Act shall be called the Additional Post Office Appropriation Act, 1995. 10

Commencement

30 March 1995
