The ‘Stem van Suid-Afrika’ Copyright Act 2 of 1959 intends:
- to validate the assignment to the Union Government of the copyright in a certain literary work of the late Cornelis Jakob Langenhoven under the title of "Die Stem van Suid-Afrika", and
- to determine the effect of the said assignment.
