Response on the report by Mail and Guardian
The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) noted the publication/tweet by the Mail and Guardian on Monday the 15 November 2021 regarding the ongoing SIU investigation into the allegations of procurement irregularities relating to Digital Vibes and in particular to the allegations relating to Ms Khusela Diko.
The SIU would like to put it on record that we have not sent any letter or report to the President’s office, in relation to this matter, as alleged in the report. The report by the Mail and Guardian is misleading the public as the investigation on this matter is ongoing and the SIU will submit the report to the President once the investigation is concluded.
