The Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), Dr. Zweli Mkhize, will address the sitting of the National House of Traditional Leaders (NHTL) in Cape Town today. This is a quarterly sitting of the House to evaluate progress on the programme of action for the 2018/19 financial year.
The Minister will engage members of the NHTL on issues affecting the institution of traditional leadership and get a report on the performance of the NHTL for the quarter under review.
