Judges’ Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act 47 of 2001

The Judges’ Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act 47 of 2001 intends:

• to provide for the remuneration and conditions of employment of judges of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the High Courts;
• and for matters connected therewith.
