conference in Stellenbosch

Public Service and Administration Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi will
take part in a discussion on "Public Management and Development: Illusion,
Delusion, Illumination" at the 10th Winelands Conference on Thursday, 6 April
2006, at the Spier Wine Estate, Stellenbosch.
The Conference brings together academics, practitioners and stakeholders in
the fields of Public Governance, Environmental Management and Sustainable
Development.
Discussions will also focus on the all-important issues of service delivery,
land reform, poverty eradication, provision of basic services such as housing,
medical care and education, issues relating to women and children and the
provision of social assistance and development and support services and on HIV
and AIDS.
