The Credit Rating Services Act 24 of 2012 intends:
- to provide for the registration of credit rating agencies;
- to provide for the regulation of certain activities of credit rating agencies;
- to provide conditions for the issuing of credit ratings and rules on the organisation and conduct of credit rating agencies; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
