Minister of State Security, Mr David Mahlobo, MP, is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia representing the South African government at the African Union Meeting of Guarantors working on the implementation of the Peace and Security Cooperation Framework of SADC and the International Conference of the Great Lakes Region (ICLGR).
There will also be a Ministerial Meeting of the International Contact Group on Libya on 3 December 2014. South Africa is participating in these meetings in its capacity as Chair of the Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation.
