Okuphathelene ukurejistara ukudla kwefuyo yeplasini kanye neyekhaya

Ukukhiqiza nanyana ukuthengisa ukudla kwefuyo yeplasini kanye neyekhaya, kufanele urejistare kuRejistra yomThetho 36 ka-1947.

Ukudla kwefuyo yeplasini kanye neyekhaya kuziinthako  ezitholakala ngokusilwa nanyana ukugaywa kokudla okudidiyelweko, amavithamini nanyana amaminerali. Zisetjenziselwa ukufida iinlwana zekhaya nanyana ifuyo.Kufanele ube mumuntu ohlala eSwula Afrika nanyana umuntu onegunya ngokomthetho nge-ofisini yeSewula Afrika ukobana ugunyazwe. Nangabe ukudla kwefuyo yeplasini kanye neyekhaya  ofuna ukukurejistara sekurejistarwe ngomunye umuntu, kufanele uthole imvumo etlolwe phasi kiloyo muntu ngaphambi kobana urejistare.

Okufanele ukwenze

  1. Thatha isampula yokudla kwefuyo yeplasini  nanyana yemakhaya uyise kulabhorethri e-akhredithiweko mayelana nokuhlaziywa ukobana uthole isitifikeyidi selebhu.
  2. Tlola incwadi eba mkhambisani uyitlolele iRejistra  ibe nelwazi elilandelako:
    • Ibizo lokudla kwefuyo yeplasini nanyana yemakhaya
    • inomboro yokurejistarwa kokudla  kwefuyo yeplasini nanyana yemakhaya,
    • nangabe seyirejistarelwe safuthi unikele isizathu sokuthumela (ukobana ingabe sibawo esitjha nanyana wengeza okhunye ukudla kwefuyo yeplasini nanyana yemakhaya emkhiqizweni orejistariweko)
    • tlola imvumo, nangabe ukudla kwefuyo yeplasini nanyana yemakhaya sebele kurejistarwe ngomunye umuntuisitifikeyidi sokuhlaziya esibuya kulabhorethri ubufakazi bokubhadala kanye nereferensi.

  4. Faka incwadi eba mkhambisani, ileyibula yomkhiqizo kanye nesitifikeyidi sokuhlaziya esibuya kulabhorethri eforomeni lakho lesibawo.
  5. Thumela amaforomo weembawo (linye kube ngelamambala bese linye kube yikhophi)  kanye nemitlolo efakiweko ku: The Registrar: Act No. 36 of 1947, Private Bag X343, Pretoria, 0001.   6. Bhadala imali eqintiweko. Nangabe uposa isibawo sakho, kufanele ubhadale imali equntiwekongephostal oda uyitjhingise kumNqophisi  Mazombe  wezeLimo.  Nangabe uzisela wena isibawo sakho ngesandla, kufanele ubhadale imali equntiweko ngokwekhetjhi. Faka ilwazi okubhadala elifana nalelo  elisekupeyideni isitjalo. IReferensi: 11FF1 kanye nebizo lekhamphani.
