The Land Bank in partnership with the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD) will be launching the Blended Finance scheme. Blended Finance is a facility which uses grants to complement loans provided by financial institutions and was developed to improve access and affordability of finance for farmers.
