Insolvency Amendment Act 32 of 1995

The Insolvency Amendment Act 32 of 1995 intends:

• to amend the Insolvency Act, 1936, so as to provide for the protection of participants in the South African financial markets in the event of insolvency; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
