The Rules Board for Courts of Law Act 107 of 1985 intends:
- to provide
- for the making of rules for the efficient, expeditious and uniform administration of justice in the Supreme Court and lower courts;
- for that purpose to make provision for the establishment of the Rules Board for Courts of Law; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
