Usizo kubantu abaxekekile, olwesikhashana, lunenhloso yokusiza abantu abakusimo esinzima kakhulu esenza ukuthi bangakwazi ukuhlangabezana nezidingo ezibaluleke kakhulu zemindeni yabo.

Ngubani ongathola usizo lwabantu abaxakeke kakhulu?

Ungathola usizo lokuxakeka kakhulu kuhulumeni uma ukusimo esinzima nesiphuthumayo. Lokhu kungaba ngenxa yokulandelayo:

Usizo kubantu abaxekekile (Social Relief of Distress), lunganikezwa ngamaphasela okudla, noma ivawusha yokuthenga ukudla. Ezinye izifundazwe (amanye amaprovinsi) anikeza lolu sizo ngemali ewukheshi. Usizo kubantu abaxakekile lunikezwa isikhashana esifishane kuphela – kuvamise ukuthi kube zinyanga ezintathu, kokunye izinyanga eziyisithupha (6).

Okufanele ukwenze

  • Yenza isicelo sosizo kubantu abaxakekile ehhovisi eliseduzane nawe leNtuthuko yaBantu.
  • Hambisa nalezi zinto lapho wenza isicelo:
    • Umazisi wakho enezinombolo ezingu-13 ze-bar code, kanye nezitifikedi zokuzalwa zezingane zakho.
    • Lamaphepha alandelayo azofuneka ukuze ufake isicelo uma incwadi yomazisi noma isitifiketi singekho:

    • ushadile, udivosile (nehlukene) noma uwedwa
    • awunawo omunye umholo (ingeniso)
    • U gula okwesikhashana.

Isikhathi esinqunyiwe

  • Isicelo sakho sizobonelelwa masishane.
  • Lapho usufakele isicelo, kuzohlolwa ubuqotho baso kanye nokuthi ngabe ngempela udinga usizo.
  • Ngisho noma ungenawo onke amadokhumende (zonke izincwadi zomthetho ezidingekayo), uzonikezwa iphasela yokudla, ivawusha, noma imali ewukheshi enyangeni yokuqala.
