Tomorrow, the Western Cape Government will host its weekly digital press conference to provide an update on the health platform and vaccination programme.
The digital press conference will be chaired by the Provincial Minister of Health, Dr Nomafrench Mbombo, who will be joined by the Chief Operating Officer of the Provincial Department of Health, Dr Saadiq Kariem.
The Chair of the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA), Professor Helen Rees, and the CEO of the SAHPRA, Dr Boitumelo Semete-Makokotlela, will also join to speak to SAHPRA’s role in monitoring vaccine safety.
