The Public Service Commission (PSC) will host a media briefing on the Quarterly Bulletin titled: The Pulse of the Public Service. The Quarterly Bulletin focuses on amongst others, the following:
- Effectiveness of continuous employee development in enhancing capacity and service delivery in the Public Service
- Non-payment of government suppliers within 30 days by departments;
- Evolution of Thusong Service Centers for Integrated Service Delivery; and
- Complaints and grievances handled by the PSC during the quarter
The briefing will also touch on the concept of lifestyle audits and its importance to the realization of a capable and developmental state. The members of the media will also be briefed about PSC Commissioners whose term of Office comes to an end during the fourth quarter of the 2021/22 financial year.
