The launch of the handbook will be preceded by the Incubation Support Programme (ISP) workshop that will take place at GCIS Tshedimosetso House at 10h00. The workshop is aimed at empowering the private sector, academic institutions and municipalities to establish business incubators.
The Incubation Establishment Handbook will be a step-by-step guide to incubator establishment, giving an overview on some of the fundamental issues that incubator establishment applicants need to understand especially when preparing the ISP applications.
The Incubation Support Programme was launched by Minister Davies in September 2012 with an aim to nurturing small, micro and medium enterprises (SMMEs) into sustainable enterprises that can provide employment and contribute to economic development.
