The Minister of Small Business Development, Ms Lindiwe Zulu, will on Monday, 18 May 2015, address the media during a pre-budget vote briefing. The Minister will provide the context and background to the key announcements that the Minister will make in the Budget Speech which will be delivered on Wednesday.
