In her capacity as the Political Champion for uMgungundlovu District, MEC for Finance Belinda Scott, invites journalists to attend the first council meetings in the district.
MEC Scott will address the first council meetings and provide necessary guidance during the inauguration of councils. Tomorrow, MEC Scott will be joined by MEC for Cogta, Mrs Nomusa Dube-Ncube, in Mkhambathini Municipality during the proceedings.
